Experience
Kristen Roberts joined the firm of Allen, Stein & Durbin, P.C. as an associate in 2026. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, and insurance coverage disputes. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a federal judicial extern and completed an appellate internship with the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Roberts is a member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Young Lawyers Association.
Education
Ms. Roberts received her Bachelor of Music in violin from the University of Houston, Moores School of Music in 2014. She was also part of the UH Honors College, Center for Creative Work.
She then attended St. Mary's University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2023. During law school, she focused on litigation, legal writing, and appellate advocacy. Ms. Roberts was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2023.
